Eastern Standard Provisions is a Boston-based artisanal food brand founded in 2018 with a mission to “elevate the snack food experience.” It began with a shared frustration over lackluster pretzels and a determination to craft a buttery, chewy soft pretzel with a brioche-like interior and traditional Bavarian-style crust. Headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, the brand pairs small-batch craft with snacks made for sharing.
